Meet Stewart Facility Services
Stewart Facility Services started as a small operation, born from ambition and resilience during a time of personal unemployment. Founder Sam Stewart, a native of Anniston who grew up in Calhoun County, was laid off in 2010. Despite this setback, he saw an opportunity to create something of his own. He started Stewart Facility Services while working at Sysco, a Fortune 500 company. By 2013, the business had grown to the point where Stewart left his position at Sysco to operate Stewart Facility Services full-time. Today, we’ve grown into a flourishing Birmingham-based business dedicated to delivering top-tier commercial cleaning services.

Stewart Facility Services Gulf Coast
During a trip to the Mississippi Coast in the summer of 2019, Sam Stewart ran into Cassidy Anderson at a restaurant. Sam and Cassidy were fraternity brothers at Jacksonville State University. After a night of catching up and discussing the success Stewart Facility Services was experiencing in Birmingham, Sam and Cassidy decided to open a branch of Stewart Facility Services to serve the Mississippi Coast. Cassidy, an attorney and real estate developer based out of Gulfport, oversees Stewart Facility Services Gulf Coast operations along the beautiful Mississippi Coast.

Stewart Facility Services East
In 2020, Jonathan Kughn was approached by Sam Stewart, a life-long friend and Calhoun County native. His goal was to partner with him to expand his successful Birmingham business into the Anniston/Gadsden area. Jonathan agreed to the partnership and brings with him 18 years of service and sales experience.
Stewart Facility Services East continues to grow with above industry standards for company retention. Focused on providing quality services, communication and customer service that exceeds customer expectations.
